The name of Mary has many forms in the church registers, Eskit, Esket, Eskett, Escott etc. It is interesting that in the censuses Mary is Mary E whilst in some church records she is Mary Ann. It may be possible that her surname may even have been Scott.
John Bradley married Elizabeth Allerston on 3rd February 1855 in Kirby Misperton. Their daughter Jane appeared on 9th July 1855. The family appear in the 1861 and 1871 censuses with the children shown below.
